History
Russell Gray commenced masonry staining in Canada 30 years ago; pioneering this process in Canada, and then in the USA. During the early 1980s, Nawkaw developed and manufactured a whole range of specialty masonry recolouring products that were designed and rigorously tested to stand the test of time in a wide range of environmental conditions. These products are still used today by Nawkaw's highly trained colour technicians on projects across three countries.

Nawkaw presently has seventeen offices in three countries: Australia, Canada, and the United States. In addition, the Nawkaw recolouring system has been successfully utilized in providing a revolutionary alternative for colouring new masonry and brickwork which is being applied in Australia and the US under the Trademark of Nawtint ® (patent pending).
